The cactus that was previously cultivated was managed with large amount of fat and water during this period to promote its vigorous growth. This practice is only applicable to houses with heating conditions. Generally, houses with flowers and succulents do not have the heating conditions, which is extremely unfavorable for cactus wintering. Through years of experience of succulents, some specific flower maintenance and management measures are summarized.

First, Water properly

To enable the succulent cactus to hibernate safely in winter and store a lot of nutrients for the sphere, so as to promote the sphere to grow strong and bloom more in the coming year, it is necessary to gradually drain water in autumn. As the weather turns cool, the physiological activities of the cactus gradually tend to slow down, and the water consumption of the sphere gradually decreases. Watering is changed from daily or alternate days to twice a week. The watering shall be based on the dryness and wetness of the basin soil. The basin soil shall be watered in the early morning of the next day after it is truly dry. After watering, it is in the daytime. The water evaporates quickly, making the sphere grow slowly and fully. As the weather cools, water once a week to keep the soil slightly wet. Second,More light

After the fall, the celestial sphere should gradually increase the light. However, around noon in early autumn, the sunlight is still very strong, and you should avoid the direct sunlight at noon to avoid burning the sphere. Ordinary cactus raising families do not have heating equipment, and the indoor temperature is 5-7 ℃ when they enter the room for wintering. If the cold current attacks, the cactus can temporarily be moved into the room, and be moved out the room when the weather is warm. Until the outdoor night temperature drops to 5-7 ℃, they can enter the room for wintering again, which can increase the cold resistance of the sphere, and can safely overwinter in ordinary rooms.
