In January this year, the customs in the central part of Yunnan Province supervised the export of 9,748.47 tons of fresh-cut flowers, with a value of 192 million yuan. Compared with the previous year, the export volume increased by 21.09% and the value rose by 22.97%. The average daily export of fresh-cut flowers exceeded 5 million branches. In February, driven by consumption during festivals such as the Spring Festival, the export of fresh-cut flowers reached a new high. The monthly export volume was 11,500 tons, with a value of 265 million yuan. Compared with the previous year, the export volume increased by 147.81% and the value rose by 80.27%.
